The Penguins

Now & Then

Artists Name: Dawn Brooks

Sponsored By: Visit Scotland

Inspired by Scotlands rich history & vibrant future this Penguin has been created in collaboration with the competition winning design by P5 Tayview Primary School pupil Thomas Glister. For this design, Dawn has included a ‘wee Thomas’, a take on her popular ‘wee Scotty’ character. You can see Thomas in his kilt exploring all of the fantastic places he has visited with his family throughout the country. The rainbow coloured background from his design was to show his pride in welcoming Scottish people. “I am most proud of Scottish people. We welcome anyone no matter who they love or what the believe”.
